In order to maintain the dignity of the hotel and to ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay, we have established the following terms of use based on Article 10 of the accommodation agreement. We appreciate your cooperation. Please note that the hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by not following these rules. Terms of service Terms of service
  1. Immediately upon arrival, please check the evacuation route map posted behind the guest room entrance door and the emergency exits on each floor.
  2. All rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke, we will charge you all the cleaning costs for bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., and other costs and damages.
  3. Please do not do anything that could cause a fire in the guest room. Also, please do not use appliances that generate fire or heat, such as for heating or cooking.
  4. The following items are not allowed to be brought into the venue as they may cause trouble for other guests.
  5. Animals and birds.
  6. Gunpowder, volatile oil and other flammable and flammable substances.
  7. Foul odors.
  8. Items exceeding the reasonable quantity
  9. Firearms, swords, stimulants, etc. that are not permitted to be possessed by law;
  10. Please make sure the door is locked when you leave the room during your stay. Please lock the door with the inner key and the door hook while you are in the room and especially when you go to bed. If there is a visitor, please check with the door scope or leave the door ajar with the door hook on. If you suspect someone is suspicious, please contact the front desk immediately.
  11. Please meet with visitors in the lobby. Please refrain from meeting in your room. Please do not use the guest room for purposes other than accommodation.
  12. Please use the safety deposit box (free of charge) provided at the front desk to store cash and valuables during your stay. In the event of loss or theft in the guest room, the hotel will take no responsibility. We are not responsible for
  13. Lost items will be kept at the hotel for 3 months (1 week for valuable items) from the date of discovery, after which they will be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Law.
  14. When using hotel services by signing, please be sure to present your room card key.Please note that additional payment may be requested if necessary.
  15. Business activity (use as an office/sales office, providing services/lectures to visitors/guests, etc.) in guest rooms and lobbies is prohibited.
  16. Distributing advertisements or selling goods to other guests within the hotel is prohibited.
  17. Please note that domestic and international calls cannot be made from the guest room.
  18. Gambling and other acts that disturb public morals and cause trouble for others are prohibited.
  19. Requests regarding facilities and items in the hotel.
  20. Do not use it for purposes other than its intended purpose.
  21. Please do not take it out of the hotel.
  22. Do not move it to another place or modify it.
  23. Actual expenses will be charged for staining, damage, or loss of equipment inside and outside the hotel.
  24. Please refrain from going out of your room in your nightwear, slippers, etc.
  25. When you check-in or extend your stay, we will ask you to pay the accommodation fee in advance. In addition, if you wish to extend your stay, please pay the usage fee up to that point. If you pay by credit card, you may not be required to pay a deposit in exchange for registering your credit card information. In this case, the hotel reserves the right to obtain prior approval.
